With the launch of our first Sustainability Report in 2022, we are proud to introduce our sustainable practices through innovation, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

Starting as a small company, we closed 2022 with over 1.5 million users in more than 150 countries.

We accomplished this by developing various tools for success online: fast hosting technology, an intuitive control panel, and an AI-powered website builder.

We increased our Trustpilot score from 4.2 in 2021 to 4.5 in 2022

Employee Satisfaction

Our average Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) was 71.75.

Leadership Positions

Women held 43.6% of our leadership positions, while men held 56.4%. In total, women constituted 43.9% of our team members, and men, 56.1%.

Social Responsibility

We contributed over €150,000 to social responsibility initiatives, mostly toward Ukraine, such as helping with housing solutions for refugees.

Employee Diversity and Equal Opportunities

With teams in 45 countries, we embrace remote work and a multicultural environment. We also have an Equal Rights Policy to monitor, address, and prevent inequalities.

Social Responsibility

We contribute to society by donating and engaging in impactful initiatives. This includes supporting individuals affected by Russia’s war in Ukraine and rebuilding a school facility in Nusa Tenggara province with our Indonesian subsidiary, Niagahoster.
